Il personale di questo hotel e' semplicemente impeccabile. Cortese, disponibile e sorridente. Cibo veramente superlativo. Camera con una vista mozzafiato. Io e i miei ospiti abbiamo vissuto un soggiorno che ci ha sorpresi positivamente in ogni aspetto.

La Medusa is excellent in every respect. The property is beautiful architecturally and well maintained. The rooms are very quiet and lovely, with very comfortable beds. The Spa facilities and services were relaxing.

I cannot speak highly enough of our whole stay from start to finish. The hotel is immaculately presented with so much charm and sophistication in the public areas. The gardens are mature and stunning. I imagine will be even more beautiful once everything is open for the summer season. However, more importantly than this, ALL of the staff at LaMedusa were wonderful and a pleasure to be with. It’s not fair to single anyone out for praise as everyone we interacted with were so pleasant and kind. That being said we did bond in particular with Gennaro, Milena and all of the staff for both breakfast service and in the Restaurant. Wow, the restaurant Donn’Eugenia was simply outstanding. We said during our stay that it was consistently the best food we have ever eaten. Amazing. We are heavier now than when we arrived because we could not say no to any of it! A real gastronomic experience and cannot recommend this highly enough. We loved our week long stay at LaMedusa. If we are in this part of the world at anytime in the future we will only ever stay here. It’s a credit to everyone that works there. Thank you for being so nice to us. X

My husband and I went to the Medusa Boutique Spa for one day during our honeymoon and had the BEST time! From the tasty welcome drink to the sauna and steam room to the incredible massages from Patrizia and Rosa, I couldn’t recommend La Medusa more!

Relaxing escape at La Medusa hotel/Spa

Beautiful hotel, wit lovely architectural details, gorgeous wrought iron, and great-helpful staff. I had 2 spa services at the Eden spa and I felt like a new person. The spa prices were very reasonable compared to other spas that I had been to. It was away from the lungomare, seafront section so it was very quiet but you could take a 20E taxi to go dine in very good restaurant in the lungomare are, such as La Bettola del Pescatore and Ristorante Lungomare. It was a relaxing short get away to Castelamare di Stabia and I will definitely will be returning as soon as possible.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we had to leave, LA Medusa was nothing short of exceptional. This elegant hotel exudes class in every detail—from the tasteful decor and spotless cleanliness to the serene, luxurious ambiance. Every corner reflects impeccable style and thoughtful design. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner during our stay, and it was honestly some of the best food we had throughout our time in Italy. The quality was outstanding, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the level of service and care provided. Every staff member we encountered was warm, passionate, and clearly took pride in what they do. Their dedication to excellence truly enhances the entire experience. What amazed us most was the incredible value—LA Medusa offers a luxurious experience without the hefty price tag. It’s a rare gem where you receive far more than what you pay for. And then there’s Eden Spa—breathtaking in every sense. The way they’ve blended the natural surroundings with elegant decor and lush greenery creates a peaceful, luxurious haven. It’s a true sanctuary of relaxation, beauty, and first-class service. We wholeheartedly recommend LA Medusa and are already looking forward to returning—this time with our children, so they too can experience the magic.

La migliore scelta oer il tuo evento !!!! Non avremmo potuto scegliere una location migliore per festeggiare il 18esimo di nostro figlio , è stato un evento davvero meraviglioso ed emozionante !!! Tutto curato nei particolari all'insegna della bellezza e dell'eleganza, ma con il gusto della raffinata semplicità. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, sia interni che esterni e regnano pulizia e bellezza. Il l cibo è squisito , con ingredienti di alta qualità , il servizio è caratterizzato da grande disponibilità e gentilezza, hanno avuto attenzione per tutto nonostante l'elevato numero di invitati , di giovani desiderosi di divertirsi , di stare bene insieme esprimendo tutto l'affetto per il loro amico che li ha scelti tutti per festeggiare con gioia il suo 18esimo compleanno. Must stay

Beautiful property with amazing views. Breakfast had lots of options and great ocean views as well as Mt Vesuvius. All staff members were very friendly from check in to check out. Wish we had stayed more nights here. They honored our Hilton status and even gave us an upgrade, highly unusual in non US properties. Definitely will be back next time we visit Naples area.

Top Hotel im Golf von Neapel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Qualität, Preis-Leistung ist ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Siamo ritornati a L'Hotel La Medusa a Castellammare di Stabia perché è un posto davvero speciale, oltre ad essere comodo e vicino per far visita ai nostri parenti L'edificio è elegante e ben curato, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Napoli, il Vesuvio e le isole di Capri e Ischia. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e ben arredate, con un mix di stile classico e moderno. La dimora ha anche un bel parco, una piscina all'aperto e una spa per rilassarsi. Il ristorante offre ottimi piatti della cucina mediterranea. Inoltre, la posizione è perfetta per visitare luoghi vicini come Pompei e Sorrento. Un'ottima scelta per una vacanza tranquilla e panoramica. Grazie mille per la vostra disponibilità A presto

Ho trascorso il Capodanno 2025 da favola!

Sono un cliente che ha più volte soggiornato in questa eccellente struttura, dove il personale è molto gentile e professionale. Le camere sono curate in maniera impeccabile. L'atmosfera è accogliente ed il cliente si sente subito come a casa. Il giardino con prevalenti alberi di vari agrumi è molto curato e suscita meraviglia. La cucina è varia e squisita. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Percorso spa in totale relax

Ho avuto in regalo un percorso benessere presso la spa dell'hotel... che dire, ho trovato professionalità, cortesia e attenzione a tutti i dettagli. Dopo un imprevisto dovuto all'orario di prenotazione del percorso (gestito benissimo) io e mia sorella abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo pomeriggio di relax con un messaggio di 30 minuti Total body. Complimenti davvero!
